“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I have heard that dips are a great chest exercise, and I have been doing them for a few weeks. Thing is, I don't know how to exercise the chest muscles while doing dips rather than the triceps. Is there a specific technique? Thanks.

How big are you?

Just focus one doing them the way that allows you to go the heaviest, get good at them, and everything will be bigger.

Great question.

Its simple. As you lower your self hunch forward a little and tilt your head down and forward slightly. Youe legs will naturally kick back slightly at that point. As you raise yourself gradually lift up your head up and back slightly and un-hunch yourself. Takes practice to get the form down.

Good luck.

Listen to smack. Just get into the groove of wherever you are strongest. This likely is going to involve multiple muscle groups rather than just your triceps since more muscles would be providing force.

You realize you don't have to feel a muscle being worked for it to be worked right? It's impossible to dip without your chest. People are used to the question of 'targetting' the chest in dips but your question is worded more along the lines that you think you're using triceps and no chest.

I started doing romanian deadlifts the other day and from what i've read a lot of people don't feel it in their hamstrings. I didn't either and i woke up the next morning sore as hell in my hams.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Ahhnold always said to visualize the muscle you're wanting to target. Concentrate on it during the lift. I got some good results doing that. You'd be surprised how much weight lifting is mental.

And trust me, no matter how you do dips, you're hitting your lower inner chest big time.

there are 2 ways to do dips..

to hit more of the chest you must dip low and Think about making your elbows touch each other at the bottom of the movement Squeeze your shoulder blades tight.

To use more tricep keep your arms parallel during the movement.
