Na dude, thats something you might do when she is the one, but not any one else. Better play it safe and not do it, I doubt she'll ask you why you didn't get anything for her mom.
P.S. It would be slightly more appropriate if it weren't a romantic holiday. Still not a good idea, but not as corny.
