people say of you contract it, it can keep you from ejaculating. for me its the opposite. am i doing it wrong?
whats the correct way to do this?

You need to exercise it before you can use it to stop ejaculating.

To do that, you repeatedly contract it for about 15 minutes per day. You should be able to cvm multiple times after 4 months or so.

It's not easy to master this. I've been at it for like 2 years and I'm still not close to holding my cvm without having to use the finger lock. Well I'll admit I haven't been serious with my training all the time and if I was I could have easily mastered it in 3 months, but again, it is a hard technique to master.
