"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Hey does anyone else have this happen, Some nights i go out and feel invinsible, like i can talk with any girl i want to, and the convos all go smooth, while other nights everything seems to go wrong or fear steps in..... does anyone have any techniques they use to stay somewhat consistent whith approaching the girls ?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Have the mindset that "nothing ventured is nothing gained". Keeping your mouth shut and not approaching a girl is keeping you from attaining your goal! What do you have to lose? Nothing!

Yes, dude. Totally.

Not being vain or shallow, but I usually attribute it to looks. Personally, I think there is huge inconsistency in how I look. Really good days, I am invincible. Bad days, I want to be invisible.

And of course, when your happy with how you look, your more confident, which makes you more attractive, and so on and so forth. It keeps itself going.

Although my friends day i always look the same - we of course notice differences in how we look that others dont (you see your face every day your entire life - noone knows it better) but wheter its real or imagined is irrelevant! It always has an impact on your confidence.

That is normal

Everyone has good days and bad days.

We all have days where we would have difficulty approaching the most beautiful woman in the world. If you didn't you would not send the right signals and real women would see player stamped across your forehead.

As long as you can still talk and not wet yourself its all good and you are among peers. Its like being afraid it happens to everyone its what you do without confidence that shows how confident you really are.

In war some men will say they fear nothing.
Brave men do not even fear saying that are afraid.
