Flawed Reasoning In Odds Of Marital Success

As we all should know, this site and the manosphere in general considers most men to be utterly clueless about how to deal with women. Average frustrated chumps, chodes, betas, blue pill men, there's a variety of words used to describe the average man. Considering this, it makes no sense for a DJ to use the divorce statistics as an argument against marriage. With society having less and less incentives for women to stay married, combined with men becoming more and more feminine everyday, of course there's going to be a high divorce rate. Imagine how many men there are who married the first chick that accepted them, married a chick just because he knocked her up, married a chick who had 30 previous partners, married a chick just because it seemed like the right thing to do, the list goes on and on. A DJ shouldn't concern himself with these statistics because he isn't like other men. If every man was a DJ the statistics would tell a very different story. The contradiction is clear; either most men aren't average frustrated chumps and most women are just evil hypergamous slvts that no man should ever marry, or the high divorce rate is meaningless to a DJ considering marriage.

I got lost in all the double-negatives for a bit there, but I don't think anyone goes into a marriage expecting that in a few years it will just be memory and a statistic.

I hope I read it right, but you're correct... even though there's always a bit of compromise in any relationship, if you keep up the DJ attitude throughout your marriage, there's a good chance it will last a lot longer than the stats tell us.

Yeah, I don't buy into this whole "We're DJs, we're God's gift to women, they will pine for us until the end of their days because we're the only real men, therefore none of this applies to us" idea. Because I don't think that's where the causes of divorce lie.

I think the cause of divorce is simply that relationships run their course, and the current culture encourages women to divorce at this point. They can receive cash and prizes, and they mustn't let themselves ever feel "unfulfilled".

Women are hypergamous and emotional, and once the hormones of "true love" are no longer flowing, they become susceptible of being swept off their feet by some other male. Women are not as honorable as men, so they are less likely to be satisified with the "companionship" stage of a relationship, when there might be new exciting feelings out there to experience.

I think a woman is just as likely to reach this stage where the hormones are no longer pumping with an alpha male as with anyone else. Of course, in a lot of instances the difference with an alpha male is that the alpha male is long gone before this phase sets in.

I think there is a wide range of men out there in the "non-SoSuave" world, and they have widely varying degrees of masculinity. I believe (maybe contrary to this forum) that most guys have some masculine attributes to them. They're not all 100% pvssies out there, like some on here seem to suggest.

Our society is now too heavily tilted towards the criminalization of the male identity, that there is no social, legal, or practical negative consequence for women who lie about abuse, violence, threats, or sexual abuse, or who use the law as a tool to rob men of their property, careers, homes, and children.

A man entering a relationship with a women does so on the HOPE and TRUST that she will not exercise her social, legal, and political power to destroy him. This hope is founded on nothing but optimism, as there is no longer any deterrent to women to casually and easily destroy a man for profit, or sport, or simple whimsy.

Marriage is dead, feminism killed it and our society continues excruciatingly.

If most men are AFCs then we shouldn't use divorce statistics as a reason against marriage. The reason for the high divorce statistics is either because most men are AFCs or most women are wh0res. It looks like most of you are siding with the latter. If this is truly the case then I don't know why anyone here is bothering with monogamy. If I knew for a fact that most women are wh0res then I wouldn't even consider monogamy. All of my relationships with women would consists of fvck buddies, close fvck buddies, and really close fvck buddies who I might decide to have kids with.
