Girl gave me number. Sent text no reply. Called number 2 days later girl answered i said "How are you?". Girl hung up. Called again immediately but did not pickup phone. At what point do you throw number into the spam folder?

I follow the 2 strikes rule, but if I text a girl and she doesnt even reply...I forget about her. Or if I call and she hangs up...she's nexted for good. This means just 1 strike because it is too damn rude.
