A coworker and myself planned on going to lunch together but she never showed. The next day I was off but the day after when she and I were there she was avoiding me. How do I handle her/this. Side note: There is interest here (hell it was her idea to go to lunch), so i'm guesssing it she was nervous
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Seems like she found someone better to spend her time with when you made the appointment and now is resorting back to you because she has nothing better to do. Girls that flake aren't worth your time.
