Fitness Gurus Help my want to gain 10 pds

Hello, I am new to this site but I am very impressed with this messageboard as a whole. Maybe you can help me out.

I want to put on ten pounds of muscle.

this is my current body (not gay just trying to give you an idea):
I am 5'9 160 pds

Anyways currently I have a new workout plan and I want to know if this will work.

Monday-Wednesday-Friday
General Weights= Bench press, tricep ext, arm curls, overhead press, lat pull downs, pushups 3 by 10, minute abs X 2. Heavy weights low reps.

20 minute tempo runs. 2 minute steady jog 30 sec sprint.

Basketball for about 30-45 minutes.

Tuesday-Thursday
8 minute abs X 2, soccer for about 1 hour

Sat- rest

Sunday- 180 minutes of soccer (2 games)

Diet- Breakfest protein shake with ON whey protein, 1% milk

Lunch- Boneless skinless chicken breast X 2, yougurt, fruit cup, baked chips and salsa.

Dinner- Same as lunch, but a little less. Protein shake.

Will this work? Too much cardio? Any major flaws?

check out the where to start thread and the simple starting diet. Also reconsider that 180min of soccer

thanks for the advice.

I read those things suggested. However, I am getting around 400 grams of protein per day, which is nearly triple my body weight 160. I also drink a ton of water.

As far as soccer on Sunday, that is really the only low intensity work I will be doing.

Any other input?

Oh one more thing to add i will begin the loading phase of Muscletechs Celltech Hardcore (creatine). I will use this for about 10 days, then switch to creatine monohydrate.
