“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'm just wondering if anybody could explain to me the relationship between fitness and smoking weed? i'm in good shape, i'm in the gym 5 or 6 times a week, eat healthy... but I smoke alot of weed... i've never been a cigarette smoker, i drink on a rare occasion.. does smoking weed seriously hinder fitness progress? as far as nutrition goes? I suspect it has very little effect, I know it's not harmless, are there any vitamins you would recommend to rejuvenate whats being lost by smoking ?

I don't think you lose any nutrients just from smoking. Aside from what it does to your lungs, it's mostly harmless.

well i'm far from an expert on the subject..
but it seems to really harm peoples personalitys..

i'm looking at my younger brother and a couple of guys that i know. its VERY possible that they had deep problems before they got into weed. but its so obvious to me now.
these guys are scared to leave the house, they cannot interact with people, they get angry if they are away from there stash for more then a few hours.

if thats not you. then keep going with it.. i guess..

I dont smoke often, but when I do, it definitely makes me more tired during my workout. Thats only if I've smoked earlier that day though. It doesnt seem to have a huge effect.
