Fish Oil

My dad has a bottle of 1200 mg of fish oil dietary supplement. Should I take these or should I get something else, smaller dose etc. If I can take these would 1 pill do each day?

That dose sounds about right. I've started to take an Omega 3-6-9 supplement 3 times a day. It has 400mg of each oil so after 3 times that's 1200mg of fish oil.
