What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Definitely a must.

Start of on 10g a day and then slowly up it toward 30g if you can afford it. I don't even consider it a supplement anymore.

75g protein per day? I eat more than that in one meal.

there is no question about fish oil. whether you work out, don't work out, are a child/granny/whatever - TAKE FISH OIL.

90% of the world's health's problems would be solved if people:
a) took fish oil (and other fats)
b) cut out grains
c) stopped training 7 days a week

TAKE YOUR FISH OIL

I think he meant he is supplementing 75g on top of what he already gets :D At least I hope that is what he meant...

I could spend a whole day on it, but I dont have a whole day to talk about it. BUT... Do your research, and you'll find TONS of information on it.

I'll give you a few links that will help.

I've actually used Meg-3 in a supplement. As in the formulation of one, and testing of micro encapsulation. The site also has great information as well, and should provide you with lots of information and even myths and facts.

it's not crack or addictive, it's just fish minus the protein & (potential) contaminants.

the reason we're all talking about it is because we've woken up to the fact that modern industrial agriculture feeds exclusively corn to animals that naturally eat grass and so forth. this throws off their fat profile (much less omega-3) -- thus supplementing with fish oil is an attempt to redress that w/o seeking out pastured animal meat (very expensive at this point).

I was going to ask about the benafits of fish oil myself. Because, you know, I'm to lazy to google.

Not to mention so much infromation on here contradicts what I already know and have read.

the one thing I've rarely seen contradictions on is the benefits of fish oil. everyone is in agreement that it's amazing
