“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I've been taking fish oil for a while now, it's a great investment

Anyway, I saw some flaxseed oil pills on sale buy one get one free so i decided to pick them up.

What are the pros and cons between fish and flaxseed oils?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

flaxseed oil pills? Why pay an aceload for pills when you can get it as ordinary oil? It is dirt cheap in production, a liter of kitchen grade flaxseed oil shouldn´t cost more then 5-6 bucks. The equivalent in pills probably will cost you more than 100....
The taste is something to get used to, but nothing really bad.

The thing that confuses me: Why is cod liver oil so much cheaper than fish oil and what the heck is the difference?

there's some chemical in cod liver oil that gets deposited in your body long-term, and taking too much can lead to a build-up, much like mercury poisoning... I'm not sure what it is, there's an IA.com article on it somewhere.

@ Quiksilver - Oh, I never knew that - thanks! I used to take fish oil, but than recently switched to cod liver oil.. I should switch back again. Any negative effects of fish oil? And any brands in North American anybody recommends.

As for the topic, don't both fish oil and flaxseed oil do the same thing?

Yeah, I notice that, although it is very slight... my dayly intake was 30ml for 2 months.

But from proteine powder I started to reek like a monkey too, so maybe it´s just me and my metabolism)))

Not really.

Either way, I have most smelly foods at the end of my day when I'm not going out anymore. On days that I do go out at night, I might skip it or have it anyway. Smell isn't too important, depending on what you're doing.

Cod liver oil is cheaper because the concentration of omega-3 is lower per gram of oil than fish oil. Cod liver oil differs from fish oil in that it naturally contains high levels of vitamins A and D, (though some companies add synthetic forms if the natural forms are removed through processing). A good quality cod liver oil, (e.g. Carlson's) will not contain impurities like PCBs or mercury because the method of purification they use (molecular distillation) is so efficient. Carlson's has a bonus in it's decent blend of antioxidants and the fact that it tastes really nice. Cod liver oil is useful during winter when you don't get as much Vitamin D from sunlight.

Oh is that true...?
I thought flaxseed was some kind of fish...

But seriously, what makes for the slight (!) smell should be the omega 3 and 6 in both fish and flaxseed oil.
