I am on Maxalife Omega 3 Fish Oil capsules. Couldn't resist fish oil manufactured in New Zealand. I read that they have the cleanest bodies of water there.

High quality fish oil is one of the best supplement known to man. It's the only supp I take. It gives me a minor headaches when I take it sometimes but the other positive side effects I get from it outweigh the minor headaches.
