Fish Oil Dosage

I just ordered NOW Ultra Omega 3 fish oil (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/now/ultra3.html) and I was wondering how many I should take per day. It has 1.0g fish oil and 500mg EPA/250mg DHA per pill. I have seen a lot of different recommendations and would like suggestions on what dosage I should take of this brand of fish oil.

I'll be honest at first i was against taking a ton of fish oil, but I only pay 3 bucks for a bottle by MNC. I started at 2 a day then 5 then 8, now I'll eat 2-3 pills with every other meal. I won't say there is a limit to how much you can eat, I'd say just space out how long you eat them through out the day.

I'm comfy with eating 3 pills at once through out the day.

I would just take the serving size they suggest. 12$ is a lot for fish oil. Check out ON fish oil. Its only 5$ for 100 servings.

i take around 20, each 1gm with 300gm epa/dha.
10 and 10 o.o or 11 and 11, depends.

b/c i'm more forgetful than some of these guys i take 4 1g capsules at a time, always with other food, 2-4 times per day (i shoot for an average of 12 per day)

That's expense, why not eat sardines in a can? Cheaper and it can be a meal as well.. You get omega 3 in that as well.
