“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Went to the club for the first time yesterday night. I just tried to follow the girls ass. It was (and kinda still is) difficult because they would change what they were doing like every 10 seconds. Am I suppose to follow them? I'm not sure how bad I was doing. I don't really know other people's reactions (they were always gathering around and watching). I prolly was kinda stiff.

I did concentrate on having a good time though. When a song came on that I was feelin I would bump to it like I didn't care what no one else thought. It's just the part where I'm dancing with a chick that I'm still unsure about. I like doing though and I will be going back (better prepared cuz this time I went in alone and left alone  )

All I know is I want to get better, I just dont know how to practice. Just stay in my room and practice different ways to move to the same beat?

Oh yeah and what do you do when they just start shakin their ass? Do you just stand there? Cuz every time they did it on me I started humpin they ass lol

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

a couple shots of tequila will make anyone a good dancer

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I feel confident about most of the things I do...

...dancing is certainly not one of them. :(

I am HORRIBLE at dancing. I am athletic (lift and run often), but I can't even bend my knees on the dance floor due to nerves. I get self-conscious when I'm dancing and it all gets into my head. I look like Drago when I'm on a dance floor - muscular but stiff as a board.

it took me a while to get to the ultra-super-confident point that I'm at now (i'm still not real great at rave dancing, tho). You just have to get better over time. The fact that you actually got out there and danced with a chick when it was your first time on the dance floor is a good sign.

Just try to watch what other guys do and imitate them. Also, be ready at all times to smile back or laugh at yourself if someone looks at you funny or makes fun of you.

Then you might also think about trying to get involved in some local swing dance or salsa clubs. If you look around on the internet, you can probably find a place that gives free or cheap lessons in swing. You can adapt a lot of those moves to other types of beats.

Lol, yeah I was fkkn hopeless. A chick led me out to the floor and I really didn't wanna, 'cos I knew I would be bad (BAD), but I didn't wanna let go of her either. My friends saw me and later were teasing me about it. Lol, it took me months to live it down. BUT I practised my ass off for weeks and weeks, and the next time on the floor, I was actually pretty good. These days, it's been a couple of years since I've danced. I would be back to pretty bad if I tried again, but no way could I be as bad as that first time.

I have no idea how I rank on dancing but it probably is real low. As I told my girl last night, 'everyone can dance but most of us are horrible at it'. Dancing is a good oppurtunity to build up kino and aside from that, just move your body to the music. Just make sure your legs, arms and head are doing something other than staying still. Just don't come off as a stiff.
