"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Had a first date with a stunning chick last week (good 8 maybe even 9). We went for a few drinks in a local bar. Anyway 1 turned into 2 into 10 (and a few jagerbombs) and ended up me being blind drunk and generally being a mess. Not only was I probably quite incoherent but I was chain smoking (she doesnt smoke), swearing quite a lot, chewing lots of gum and generally not having any sort of game. Im pretty sure the vast majority of women would of left. Im pretty sure that I came across like I didnt really care about the outcome of the date.

The night was abit of a blur but I can say on the whole we got on quite well, I made her laugh quite a bit before we got too drunk. She seemed quite comfortable, quite abit of kino going on (she was initiating it lots later on) and got a little peck at the end of the night when I walked her home. I assumed given my complete drunken state and being generally impolite that she would want nothing to do with me again but she called me today and we've arranged to go out in a couple of days (no drinking this time just for coffee). Shes obviously still interested.

Has anyone had experience of this before (e.g. bahaving badly on a date but still getting interest)??

My theory is this: She mentioned that her ex was a solicitor and sounded quite boring a person so for me too come along and generally not give a f***k might of been a change for her. Also Im pretty sure (as shes so hot) that she gets men generally fawning all over her and I didnt do that in any way at all lastnight.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Sounds like you had a good time on your first date. Enjoy your second date and see where it goes from there.

All seems good here

If she's calling you for a second date, the first date did not go badly....

Are you a reforming "nice guy" or something?

A woman who is passionately interested in you will overlook any minor issues or setbacks.
The challenge now is, how do you behave on the second date?

You'll be tempted to treat her better, to be more attentive and nice.

I'm not saying go out and get wasted but you shouldn't do a complete 180 from what you were like on the first date.

if its true that girls are attracted to men who imitate their fathers, then maybe her old man was a drinker? youre gonna have to fill your cup with vodka not coffee lmfao

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
