"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Looking good! I'd really like to see some before pics too if you have any. How much did you cut and how long did it take on Diesel's cutting diet?

Anyway, congratulations! Great physique you've got there.

Very nice my man, good v-taper as well. You've managed to keep a fair amount of mass on you while getting down to a good bodyfat.

But where's the quad shot!?

Thanx guys! Looks like the pain was worth it! Don't wanna go thru that again for a while! I cut down from 206lbs. to 182lbs over 9 weeks (keeping in mind i lost about 5lbs 1st week). I'm at 183lbs today when i took these pix.

Ha ha! Quads are actually a strong point, i jus didnt take any pix of them. maybe later. I dont have a proper before pic but u can see the difference between these 2...

Yep, I see a difference there and not just in your body. Your face looks firmer and your jawline looks more defined too. Well done!

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Hey Zuby you like hip-hop?

That's tight, I'm bangin out that Liquid Swords album from the Gza as we speak...

"The birth of hip-hop...
That was something, I had identified with... so I...
Made it a point to exploit this fly gift and..."

Keep rockin it man, lemme know if you ever in Cali bruh, good folks.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

very good job bro! you've gotten rid of the fat, now it's time to do clean bulks. without the legs, i'd say your strongest point is your back, and your weakest one is your chest (but this is always easily corrected through increasing weight on your benches).

you have very good bicep genetics (they're long and have a decent peak), with some size those will be your strongest point.

Ha ha, interesting replies here:

Haters: no worries I have plenty and they keep me motivated so thank you. (PS. thats my real voice cuz I went to an Amercian school)

Dirtyvibe: Yeah I've started posting on bodybuilding.com a little but not much. Yeah i do use a belt but all my jeans are 36" which is a problem with a 32" waist now. Even with a belt they dont fit properly! but ima get em tailored while im in saudi

MindOverMatter thanx for the feedback man. Didnt hit any direct chest poses in the pics but in reality its quite a strong point. personally, i think my weakest points are shoulders and calves. Ive still got a lotta work to do no doubt but I'm only 19 so I got time! Holla!

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
