Finger Strength??

Here's a decent way to get started on finger strength. Find some thick books (at least three per hand, and try to make the total width even for each hand) and hold them between your fingers for as long as you can. The goal is basically to prevent the middle book from falling out. Try to find books that have slippery covers so that the friction between the books doesn't help you out.

lol, I just tried that with my pinky fingers and my arm right up to my elbow spasmed and locked.
