so uhh i havent made payments on my credit card in a while. fawk. i havent had a job in a while either. im working on it.

lets say i get a job that i hold for like 3 months. if i go 2 a used car dealer, will they sell me a car, regardless of how much more it costs because of my bad credit?

I want a 98+ Buick Regal GS (supercharged) and put lots of JL Audio in the trunk. help me make my dream come true.

ill give you a dollar.

first of all, visit creditboards.com

secondly, in an old life, I sold cars. you already off the top of my head, will be subprime. Drive Financial will pick you up, solution H more than likely, if not, it won't be much better. I'm going to tell you right now what you will qualify for.

A car payment that wll not exceed 16 percent of your income

A car that has less than 50 thousand miles on it

1 thousand dollars or 1 thousand dollars in trade value (don't let the dealer tell you otherwise to get cash out of you, if you have a trade, that's HONESTLY worth 1k or damn close, that will work, but something of value has to be put down for a down payment)

So right now, you know the 98 is out the window.. actually there aren't many cars that will work.

you more than likely will be looking at a 05 and up (because the interest rate on an o5 to an 04 jumps about 4 points) at 17.95%.. that's the buy rate from Drive.. actually the buy rate is closer to 20 percent and your car dealer will buy the points down to hit the state max which in most states is 18%

oh and the kicker... all of that has to equal a total price, finance and all, of about 110, if the FandI guy is good 115% Loan to Value.. meaning the total can't go over 115 % of the actual Value of the car (for your protection)

That's why you see alot of Ford Escorts (the best special finance car on earth), Cobalts, Escapes, Monte carlo's, Impala's on the road.. if it weren't for DRIVE, CAC, Americredit.. i have no idea where GM would be.

BTW,
drive doesn't give a fvck if you started working yesterday, as long as you have 1 paycheck and they can call and verify your job they are good
