You are busier these days and tolerate less BS because you've leveled up.

You likely aren't centered around getting ***** like in your younger, broker days. That's all this is. If you really put in the effort like before, going out drinking/partying, making it a mission, I'm sure you would do fine.

However, by doing that you will suffer in your professional life and mental state so I don't advise it.
