"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

After splitting up with my gf, I have been feeling pretty down. I mean, just last night I see her chilling with another guy in her place. And I have to say, it felt pretty awkward walking in on her while she's flirting with some guy. I kept my cool though and did not go off beating the guy's ass.

But I decided to get over my emotional attachment, and I decided that the only way to get over this girl and forget about this situation is to get back into the game.

And today, I must say, I feel proud of myself. I talked to various people, made a couple acquaintances, made a new buddy who I plan to go hang out with sometime, spoke to a girl from one of my classes, and even got the number of a hot lady in her mid-20s while riding the bus home!

I focused on improving my attitude, using good eye contact, and maintaining conversation.

Now I am not going to lie...I still do feel a lot about my ex-gf and often wish that we did not break up. I have been even TEMPTED to call her up. However, I did not. I have forced myself not to sublime into AFC mode.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Stay strong man, you'll get through it. Just keep busy and do like you're doing and you'll forget about her in no time. Just remember there's loads of other girls out there, no chick is that special.

Hold your head high and get a replacement ASAP. Soon, she will just be a part of the blurry past, and you will be crazy about a cool new chick.

Keep at it, man

Action brings good fortune. You'll encounter more and more gals who will make you glad you're available for them as you hone your game. Onward and upward.

She has obviously moved on, as should you.

Youve got your health, your game, and you balls...what more do you need?

She ain't special, always remember: A b!tch is a b!tch, but a dog is a mans best friend...

Find a new one, it will be more exciting and fun anyway.

Stay in the game, and don't look back.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Hey Hothead Workrouter, are you ok??

As I said in your prior threads, she wanted an excuse to leave you - you did nothing to trigger her flight - it was by her own doing!! Say good riiddance to her - she was planning your demise a while ago and that is why she has so readily adapted to another pimp so quickly!!!

Relax dude, the man sets the tempo, and by all means know the woman who you are with and what she is contemplating at all times!!

I wouldn't dismiss the thought that she was seeing other dudes before your library tirade episode!! This is what hors do!!

PRL you were definately right. But I have to say, it still bothers me sometime thinking of her probably getting it on right now w/ some prick, while just a month ago confessing her utter infatuation with me exclusively!

But I decided to not be a whiny p*ssy.

Today, I did a cold approach in a coffee shop to this girl who was MORE attractive than my ex-gf. I was confident, sincere, used good eye-contact, etc.

And guess what? In the end, I got her number and then gave her mine. Then, I told her that after I finish some things this weekend, we'll go to a cool festival happening in the city.

She seemed like the shy, quiet type, and I could kinda tell that she doesn't see too many guys with as much balls to just go up and ask her out.

If that doesn't materialize, hell, I got a number from a chick I met yesterday.

Anyway, it feels A LOT BETTER actually going out and getting into the game rather than whining and feeling depressed about how my ex-gf decided to off and get f*cked by another guy!

A woman with no regret or some hurt in her separation of her man's power tells me that she is acting outside her feminie realm and is a hor!!!

I'm not saying that to make you feel better but it is true - a woman always, I said always seeks seeks reconcilation before departure!!!!!! If not, then it is because she is a hor and has moved to the next pimp in line!!!

You are above me if you did what you said you did and did a coffee shop pick-up!!!

Tell us the result - whether she is a flake or a of real substance - you did your job as a man!!!!!!!!!

Oh this was the gal chatting it up with a guy at the library? Yeah .. that was huge red flag that you were going to get the boot. I remember you saying that she said you're making a big deal out of nothing. As PRL said, she was already planning it, just needed an excuse. Her excuse was that you got upset over nothing. It was turned around on you and used against you to condone her own BS.

Don't beat yourself up over it. It's tough but find someone better and make dam sure she is worth her salt!

Ya, she's one of those 20 year old chicks who just want to experience a new d*ck.

As PRL said, good riddance to that hor.

Fortuanetly I was the one who broke her in though.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
