"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Like do you think they wont talk to you and think of you as a loser caus they thouight you were so tough and you lost?

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'll have to disagree with that one. Sometimes if my friends and I are just chillin at someone's house, we'll have some clean wrestling, and the ladies seem to cheer the loudest.

No I mean that they don't like violence with the intentions of hurting each other... like street fights for instance.

I don't think they'd think you're a loser just because you lost a fight. Your character is not only made up of strength, but mostly your speech, actions and intentions.

Well J, let's put it this way, what would look worse? You defending yourself, or you getting pushed around by some weak ass punk?

You don't have to beat him up to prove that point...

It depends if you start the fight or not. But why are you asking this? Are you planning to fight some dude and think you might lose? Or has it already happened? If it's already happened nothing we say will change anything. And if your planning to fight some guy, let him throw the first punch and then defend yourself. If it's the strength ratio you've said then you'll prolly be able to stun him at least with a single punch to the stomach. At which point you can walk away without him being properly injured and you look like the better guy because you only defended yourself and you didn't properly hurt the guy. If this guy has been pushing you around then after that he won't continue either.

Yeah it's best not to actually throw the first punch. You can probably intimidate him enough to do it for you.

Heres a tip... don't go for the face because you'll hurt your fist on his jaw, don't go for the neck because you really don't want to kill him or anything.

And bang up some vital organs =P

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
