"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I prefer Heavy Metal/Heavy Rock to get pumped up! But I sometimes listen to rap battle rhymes. Here's a few some are old school.

- X Gonna Give It To Ya / DMX
- Fight Music / D12&Eminem
- Remeber the Name / Fort Minor
- THE RIPPER STRIKES BACK / LL COOL J! (Best Battle RAP SONG)
- Move B*tch / Ludacris
- Let's Go / Ying Yang or Trick Daddy forgot which one

Hip hop. I love Mudvayne, but thats not hip hop.

Hed PE isn't hip hop, but they have a rap type flow to it, and their sh*t is pretty hard. Nothing like metal or something, but it's a combination of metal/hip hop. It's pretty sweet.

If you dl stuff by Hed Pe

Get Ready
Raise Hell
Wake Up (Not as intense, it gets you ready to beat some ass though)
Represent (sweet song)

Other stuff:
Go to Sleep - Eminem, DMX, Obie Trice
Jimmy Crack Corn - Eminem feat. 50 Cent
The Re-Up - Eminem
Public Enemy #1 - Eminem
Doubt Me Now - Lil Wyte
Riotmaker - Tech N9ne
No Can Do (Can't F*ck With Us) - Tech N9ne
Neva Eva - Trillville

I've got more, but I can't think of them. I'll update later.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

The new Eminem CD is horrible. I used to be a fan but there is not a single song on that CD thats even remotely decent. One of his choruses goes "jimmy crack corn and i dont care" for fvcksakes.

I love the Re-Up cd, thats just my preference obviously

One Hitta Quitta - 3 6 Mafia feat Lil Wyte

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I recommend you chill out and listen to some R&B instead. Being angry is not cool, and quite counterproductive if you ask me.

My favorite new song is Ginuwine - Sex feat. Sole.

what is that rap song with "going the distance" from the rocky movies mixed into it? anyone know?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
