Anyone agree with me that there should be a field report section to the Don Juan forums? I have to admit, I am kind of bored of the usual posts about 'how to build confidence' or 'height isn't an issue', 'eye contact' or 'how to win this girl over' etc. I've had my share of reading posts about techniques and such to win girls, and frankly the less I read the better. I don't want to fill my mind with all this stuff in my brain, because I feel just being yourself and having a good overall healthy mindset is 10x better (and easier) then using tricks, games, or manipulation.
That being said, I do get great entertainment value reading field reports. I find that they are very educational - not in the sense of showing you techniques on how to get girls, but what not to do or what TO DO in some cases...and just overall mentality you should have. Almost like the TV show BlindDate, to an extent. They're also very motivational, much moreso than 'theories' about behaviour and psychology posts which you see around so often. When I read a post about some guy who had a really good date with a girl he met somewhere....it makes me think why I couldn't be doing the same thing. It's a very good motivational tool for me (and others, I hope) in that respect.
