Same Outing(at the mall). I was approaching Victoria Secret._ There was a female employee just outside the store waiting for people to pass by so she could try to sell. I could tell that she was planning to greet me and try to coerce me into the store. I beat her to the greeting (her body language implied that she was waiting till I get just a little closer) by saying_ hi with a smile. She returned a big excited smile and a Hi._ She said that I should check out the store and blah blah blah.
Now,from the reputation of the store, I immediately thought lingerie. So, I gave her a puzzled look. She kept trying to get me to go in there and blah blah blah. I think she also said "when are we going to go out on our date"...something like that.Then she asked me to try on some cologne. I asked "Men's cologne?" and then she said "Of course I wouldn't have had you try on girl's (something like that)." So then I tried the cologne.
I said I'm looking for something that isn't as strong as cologne because other guys don't like to smell other guys cologne, but something stronger than deodorant. She discusses some of the products. I wasn't really paying attention to her descriptions of them. So, I give tell her that I"m not interested in any of that stuff (in a nice way).
Next, I was walking out of the store slowly and she was going in my direction back to her position in front of the store. She gets in a position like she wanted to pull my hand back into the center of the store. She nervously says "wait, aren't you gonna by something for me?" I give her a strange look and she said she was just kidding..smiles of course just like with about everything else she said. Now we're by the entrance of the store acts like she wants to look into my bag and asks "what's in there, what did you buy." I said "pants." Then I asked her about herself and a conversation ensued for about 3 minutes at the store's entrance. This couple comes in (30's or 40's) and looks at the sample cologne on her stand and she had to go help them._ I waved at her bye with a smile and she returned the same.
