The use of the word whining defines male shaming at its very core: an attack on ones masculinity.
Real men don't whine, therefore…
It is an attempt to shut down or control anything that does not fit the world view (or agenda) of the person issuing the shaming.

Women have historically enjoyed the ability to complain openly about matters they do not like without criticism.
Whining implies senseless, victim behavior. Complaining for the sake of complaining.

Men discussing issues of concern that need to be addressed are not whining.

Women (feminists in particular) would like to have ownership on the right to complain.

Men just need to remain quiet and man up.

Theyll let us know what it and is not a problem and how we need to fix it. :)

This is one of those topics I've always wondered about. Society deems it improper for men to have feelings. In response, many men will repress their stress and anger to the point of illness. Then society shames men who act violently toward their family members, drink, watch porn, and employ other unhealthy outlets because hey, you're a pvssy if you cry. So therefore, the only socially acceptable (non shaming) outlet as a man is to exercise.

On the other side of the coin, it's perfectly OK for women to behave like complete *******s in any context because their "biology" exempts them from the rules. This reality is further propagated by the pvssy starved beta enablers with their desperation and nonexistent self esteem.

Feminists not only want ownership of whining, they want ownership of everything until it no longer suits personal ends at which time they can play the "I'm a woman" card and shove off responsibility to the man without consequence.

Truly interesting times we live in :) Oh wait, I'm whining.
