"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Ok, this news is five years old and I spun the title a little, but it's a good read nonetheless.

Lay off men, Lessing tells feminists

Novelist condemns female culture that revels in humiliating other sex

Special report: Edinburgh books festival 2001

Fiachra Gibbons, arts correspondent
Tuesday August 14, 2001
The Guardian

The novelist Doris Lessing yesterday claimed that men were the new silent victims in the sex war, "continually demeaned and insulted" by women without a whimper of protest.
Lessing, who became a feminist icon with the books The Grass is Singing and The Golden Notebook, said a "lazy and insidious" culture had taken hold within feminism that revelled in flailing men.

Young boys were being weighed down with guilt about the crimes of their sex, she told the Edinburgh book festival, while energy which could be used to get proper child care was being dissipated in the pointless humiliation of men.

Article continues

"I find myself increasingly shocked at the unthinking and automatic rubbishing of men which is now so part of our culture that it is hardly even noticed," the 81-year-old Persian-born writer said yesterday.
"Great things have been achieved through feminism. We now have pretty much equality at least on the pay and opportunities front, though almost nothing has been done on child care, the real liberation.

"We have many wonderful, clever, powerful women everywhere, but what is happening to men? Why did this have to be at the cost of men?

"I was in a class of nine- and 10-year-olds, girls and boys, and this young woman was telling these kids that the reason for wars was the innately violent nature of men.

"You could see the little girls, fat with complacency and conceit while the little boys sat there crumpled, apologising for their existence, thinking this was going to be the pattern of their lives."

Lessing said the teacher tried to "catch my eye, thinking I would approve of this rubbish".

She added: "This kind of thing is happening in schools all over the place and no one says a thing.

"It has become a kind of religion that you can't criticise because then you become a traitor to the great cause, which I am not.

"It is time we began to ask who are these women who continually rubbish men. The most stupid, ill-educated and nasty woman can rubbish the nicest, kindest and most intelligent man and no one protests.

"Men seem to be so cowed that they can't fight back, and it is time they did."
I also found two related feminist tracts, the first by boy-sprout lesbo Jeanette Winterson (stupid) and the second by some no-name new feminist (initially annoying but ultimately considered and fair).

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I read the other articles u linked to

man, some of those chicks just dont get it. that gets back to what I've said before, how women will imply that by men complaining, they are being wimps, and are 'less than men'. this shuts the men up, so they can continue male-bashing without protest.

good main article, dude

Most of the guys on this site are sympathizers with the feininst cause and have the same mindset as these women since they were brainwashed for the last 40 years in the Homo/Hor Matrix!! Don't seek outrage or any insight from them!

Either that, or like Winterson here

I decided to conduct a modest vox pop. I asked my hairdresser, who is female, intelligent and sexy, whether she reckoned that men were running scared. Interestingly, she thought they were not suffering at all in terms of work and status, but absolutely when it came to sex - and, as she pointed out, with men, it always does come down to sex, doesn't it?

She told me that all the men she knows are terrified of their wives and girlfriends having an affair. To me, women having affairs means that women are sexually and socially confident.
excuse any bad behaviour as justifiable after all those years of oppression. She also avoids Lessing's main points, and misquotes and misrepresents her text

now Lessing is lamenting the End of Feminism ("lazy and insidious")
She doesn't say that about feminism, rather the trend amongst women and society, including feminism. And neither does she use the phrase 'End Of Feminism.'

Predictably she also falls back on the men earn more/run the world argument. This is beside the point at best, women and men's inequality of opportunity is far less than the difference between a rich woman and a poor woman, and 99% of women are being paid the same wage for the same job as men. She quotes the tiny percentage of female professors as proof the education system is male-biased, when the truth according to this 2004 UK census of UK primary and secondary schools reports

The proportion of teachers who were male has dropped from 30 per cent in 1996 to 25 per cent in 2004. In promoted posts the proportion who were male was 39 per cent (down from 42 per cent in 2003), with the figure being 31 per cent for head teachers and deputes (down from 32 per cent in 2003).
She also writes

So come on, Doris, lighten up. It was your generation of feminists, the 70s, the golden age of the women's movement, that gave us the really damaging, batty stuff; all men are rapists, all sex is power, pornography is abuse, marriage is a crime. And what about separatism and political lesbians? Thank God those days are gone.
Lessing just illustrated how those days are not gone, and are currently being taught to young children as part of the syllabus. As for political lesbians being 'gone' - some of them like Winterson and horror-show feminut Julie Bindell, find the media all to receptive to their rubbishing of Lessing's valid points.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

yeah, exactly. men may or may not dominate higher education teaching jobs (university, college, whatever)

but women WITHOUT QUESTION, dominate preschool, ECE, public school teaching jobs.

they teach and condition these young children to think a certain way (for young boys to be ashamed of their gender, etc)

now, who has more of an effect?

Exactly. The young students are more impressionable than university/college students. ALL of my teachers in elementary school were female, except 1.

And to add a short story:

I spoke to a girl who said that she is so glad she is a woman because of all the crap men have to put up with.

For example, women have more options than men. They can stay at home and mooch of a guy who makes good money or work themselves. Nobody really questions that.

However, if a MAN mooches of a woman, he is a "bum". Look at how much attention the Britney Spears and Kevin Federline story received in the media and how much Kevin was portrayed as a bum in satires all over TV (i.e. Mad TV). Turn the situation around now. If the WOMAN was mooching of the man in that scenario, would it have received so much attention? Probably not.

So basically "equality" to self-serving feminists means having more options than men. Where was the feminist outrage that there should be "equality" and that there is nothing wrong with a man dating a more successful woman?

eh, you sound like you are angry because women have more options than guys. There's really nothing you can do about that.

The one who is chased will always have more choice than he who chases. It's a fact of life. And trying to bring women down on equal footing in terms of options makes you no better than a feminist.

My childhood wrapped in a nut shell. This is the reason I had to come here in the first place. Mainly by my mother.

My number 1 advice for anyone of the male gender young or old is this. No one cares about you, Men have to look after themselfs.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

You completely misinterpreted my post. I was playing devil's advocate. Please learn to think things through before reponding.

It's gradually happening ...

Feminists are beginning to realize they don't like men who are the wussies they've wanted them to be.

This is just the tip of the iceberg.
