I was feeding some urls into a traffic tool called quantcast. I was curious about how some feminist sites compare to our site. I found one fabulously40.com . The site is open only to women meaning that men are NOT allowed.

That site is 64 % women, 55% of which are aged 35-49, and 71 % of them don't have kids which has me thinking they're old hags. :p

Contrast that with the more intelligent sosuave.com which does allow women to post thereby promotes intelligent and truthful discussion of issues of dating, relationships, etc.

sosuave.com is 61 % male, 74 % between 18 - 49 y/o, and 68 % of the guys here do not have kids. 41% of the members here have a college degree.

How I found out about them was they had a whiney article blaming men for breakups, more or less saying that men are no longer men.

The thing is everything there is ONE sided if they refuse to allow guys to speak. Fabulously40.com is another example of the conflicted female mentality: feminism which seeks to emasculate men while on the other hand wanting men to behave in traditional roles when it suits them.

"Fabulously40 is a social network for women. We regret to inform you, however, your account has been deactivated."

As for any guys who are posting there, they must be supporting what the shrinking violets want all while wasting their time and self-respect. :kick:

dude, the internet is a reflection of society. If you saw a group of old hags sitting around complaining about there miserable lives, would you be concerned that there aren't any men involved in the discussion? Or would move on to a group where your participation could enhance your life?

If you look for whiny people, that's all you'll find. If you look for tools to use for success, you'll find those as well.

Edit.

Sorry, I was a little umm tipsy last night when I saw this post. I still find those stats hard to believe, though.

It does say at the top, that the data is "not quantified. Based on rough estimate." Also, the data represents anyone that even looks at the site. It has nothing to do with registered members/posters.

The part about the men having to ALWAYS pay on dates and bring flowers and crap, is BS, obviously, and it would be nice to be able to post the truth about it on their site, like how we cant bring flowers anymore, cuz the woman will treat us like doormat if we do. I dont disagree at all with article about the texting. Even though its women that got us in the habit of it in the first place, we need to chill on it. This has been the topic of debates on here for a while. Now we have a woman saying how we need to be men, and quit using texting as a buffer. The author is even saying women need to be more feminine at the same time.

I just reread the article, and there is a lengthy comment froi a man, flaming the author pretty good. I suggest reading that.
