going through your phone every night to check who has called you or who you have called + messages.
Raging night after night over something that happened 3 years ago that you thought was resolved meaning you only get 3-4 hours sleep.
hanging onto the bonnet of the car as you leave for work because they THINK you are abandoning them when you are just trying to leave for work.
