It is so easy for women to attract men... all gals have to do is lose weight and look good. Work out and wear clothing that compliments your body and you'll have more dudes after you than anything.
Then when you find one you like, be nice to him and don't make things too hard. If you don't like him... go ahead and be a b!tch if you want, but it's better to just be crystal clear you are not interested and never will be. Don't collect 'orbiters', DON'T have male friends, unless you know THAT is how they feel about you, you're a woman you can read men like a book.... you KNOW that guy that you say is "just a friend" wants more from you and you are just using him.... do not do this, not because it's unfair to him, but because it get in the way of what you want. Surrounding yourself with dudes that you are not REALLY attracted to makes it too hard for you to find men that you really want.
