She better be fired. This is one of many reasons why we shouldn't have women as security personnel, firefighters, cops (maybe admin cops), soldiers, etc.

If that was a MAN that was overpowered----he would be canned instantly and be working as Holiday Inn security for the rest of his career.

Agreed that woman should be fired. She is obviously unfit to do her duty, protect the President. But so should that person who had a clear shot at the dude while he was running into the White House. He/She (looked like a guy) had his gun out and pointed at Gonzalez, but he failed to pull the trigger. That could be a training issue, but more than likely it was a failure to act when needed. Yeah women are mostly useless as law enforcement officers. About all they can do is pull their gun and shoot a non-compliant suspect (which practically is natural not to comply with a weaker female). That's not always justifiable.

Good ol' affirmative action. In some cases no more than about 30-40% male and white are slated to be hired no matter how most qualified in the supposedly competitive hiring process. Then we end up with crappy staff and departments and a most qualified person gets discriminated against for being the 'wrong' color/race (white) and sex (male).

Women as police officers etc. is only a problem because they have lower entry requirements for females (which is sexist). If the entry requirements were the same, i.e. not sexist, only the women who are actually capable of doing those jobs would be able to get in. But feminists don't want a fair playing field. They don't want women to have the same opportunities as men, they want women to have the same achievements as men, deserved or not.

I agree in theory, but the numbers are a tad off. I live in one of the worst places for affirmative action in the country and the percentages are only about 25-35% for the disadvantaged (includes minorities and women). It IS an unspoken rule that that 25-35% should be black, however. All affirmative action type programs do is invite in cronyism. They NEVER help.

They don't want women to have the same opportunities as men, they want women to have the same achievements as men, deserved or not.

Excellent way of putting it, and it supports my theory that liberalism/feminism/racism has and never was based on what's best for the people/sex/race.....it's about envy and jealousy and wanting what others have.
