Well, some people use the word cvm* as a synonym for orgasm, so in this case the answer to your question is yes.
If by "cvm" you mean squirt or ejaculate for women (not very common, but it exists), then i'm pretty sure the answer is again yes.
However, some women are very skilled in the art of faking orgasm, so you can never really know.

hmm ok... cos everytime i have sex with my gf she cvms... and she does it within the first five minutes. and within the next ten minutes she does it again, and then it's too wet inside and she can hardly feel anything. i dunno if she's having an orgasm twice or what. i guess she is then..
