Any true DJ knows HB9's make for the worst LTRs and wives, hands down. MANY reasons. The "men" (most SS posters and users) drool over HB9's and will do anything for their attention. The odds of finding a HB9 that does not have SUBSTANTIAL princess, brat, or N/BPD issues would be like finding Bigfoot and teaching him to waltz and mix a martini. Stick with HB7's for any sort of lasting relationship if that's what you want. If it's all about games and PUA and all that BS, go for the hot ones of which 99% are REALLY messed up and uber-entitled. I base this on decades of dating experience. Only it's even more amplified now.

I think female standards are double edged swords. They would spend their 20s looking for perfect partner that they wake up 10-20 years later without a exclusive man. men in the same time spend their 20s frustrated by women requirements, so they spend them on self-improvement.

now that 30-40yo woman tries to tame some guy but he became very successful/popular/smart and doesnt need to go exclusive. options are all around him.

he does just like woman did in 20s, but the thing is, the only woman power was her beauty that she got because she was lucky, while man power comes from the fact that he worked his ass hard. now woman beauty is gone because of age, and man will try to catch up the pleasure he missed when he seeked for self-improvement

basically man role is fulfilled - he can now sleep with as many females as he can (thats natural attitude for men)

While woman subconciously knows that she needs kids, and someone in good money-situation, to make sure kid will have stable financially life.

one thing that I'm pretty sure is unique to women though, is the women that want a man who likes them for more than XYZ (usually "my body" or "my looks" or "sex") despite not offering anything else. I've never seen a rich guy, who had nothing but money complain about that sort of thing (for example), most rich guys would either be happy to get girls using their strengths or screen out gold diggers by only getting girls who think they're good looking but poor

When the message is sent that that is all that is of value (pretty face, warm hole) what do you except?
Look at Instagram as an example: a year or so ago there was a teenage girl who won some major academics award and volunteered her time in a NICU in the US and had an Instagram account with less than 5k followers. Compare to some out of control teenager who threatened to beat up Dr. Phil's audience and posts half naked pics of herself on her Instagram account. Millions of followers and appears in music videos.

And it's not entirely men who place all the value in pretty faces, Kyle Jenner, who constantly posts butt shots and bJ lips has a lot of female followers, as do models and actresses who post bikini shots and sexually suggestive selfies.

Society encourages attractive women to be superficial and vain through social media.

As long as society rewards vapid vanity as a value, there will be a large number of pretty women who feel entitled and a smaller number of pretty women with nice personalities who have more to offer than their pretty faces.

This is how women are... they naturally will ALWAYS want their best available option, this is biology. Add to that a liberal democracy, mass media and our commercial culture encourages unrealistic standards. Our economy is driven by the fact that women can be emotionally compelled to buy into something they otherwise can not afford. If our nation relied on men spending money.... LOL!!! on things OTHER than trying to impress women we would fall into a great depression.

She isn't going to help ANYONE... You can convince a chick to 'settle', but she WILL soon resent her decision and bring misery to the poor SOB that legally tied himself to a women that will go out a fvck the hot dude... who is already fvcking her friends... Trust me... I KNOW, I see this all the freaking time. Right off the top of my head there are 4 married women that if I called them over... would be here in a heart beat. They are ALL married to great guys... One dude is a college professor, one is a software engineer that took his wife out of a hell hole in Guadalajara, one dude is a well known brain surgeon (they are on vacation in SF in a high rise Penthouse apt, last night she sent me a selfie asking "How does my @ss look in this dress!), the last is married to a guy with that completely supports all his wife's decisions... and the crazy stupid @ss companies she starts and gets bored with...

The last one I saw just last week... she's starting a 'new' business, and wanted to hire me to help her get the certifications she was going to need. I turned her down saying I would just be taking her money for no purpose. She has a pile of money her husband gave her but I told her off... basically telling her to save her time and money and recommended a couple of other business options that might work better... So here I am basically telling her she was stupid and that I wanted nothing to do with her. She then starts giving me this "take me" and "kiss me" body language.

Women NEVER appreciate what they have. This actually does not make me angry... this is just how they have evolved. Getting a women to 'settle' is HORRIBLE advice. People make fun of single older 'cat ladies' but these single chicks with cats are MUCH happier than chicks married to dudes that just dry them up.

Someone once said that if you are going to try and settle into a relationship, a man should only get with a chick that is just hot enough to turn him on... anything more than that will get you nothing but trouble.

It isn't advice I would give, but there is an element of truth to that.

The truth is that no matter where a woman comes from, or what her condition USED to be, like the chick I mentioned from Guadalajara. Her husband took her out a a miserable sh!t hole... you would think she would be grateful and loyal... but that isn't how the chick brain works. Any social condition she finds herself in becomes the norm... they are very much creatures that live in the present. She's not the poor girl from the slums anymore. She is an upper middle-class homemaker, whose husband has gotten a bit too complacent and comfortable, and she wants more.

Don't get mad at chicks, they can't help it. You just have to understand that if you plan to get into a relationship with a chick (God help you!) you best be prepared to ALWAYS NEVER stop trying to be better. Don't let yourself go... even if she does. Always stand up for yourself, don't TRY to make her happy. MAKE her be a legitimate partner and hold up her end of the bargain... whatever your deal is. Don't be mean... but also have an edge... Don't put up with sh!t. Chicks over time will try and break you down.... if they have you in a relationship. The first kink she finds in the armor... she will work it until she break through.

I'm not saying be an uncompromising pr!ck. But don't settle.

This is the exact opposite advice I give for someone that is just dating. As soon a chick is no fun when you are dating, you just walk away and plug in a new one. But once you are married, she has you by the balls... and if you walk away you are walking away from all your sh!t, and your kids. So you relationship dudes have it rough, you are Indiana Jones in a pit of snakes... no room for error or complacency.
