"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

So lately I've been thinking about me and expanding my social circle which was very small for years. Now since I began to develop my game I began socialising more. I have some more guy friends, but maybe just two or three female, well not even friends, we don't talk regurally, I just know them and sometimes we have a short convo.

I thought about it and usually when I get to regurally have conversations with a woman I end up making a move on her and we basically become more than friends even when I say that we are just friends. I always make a move and this so far ended up just in one of two ways. She either had enough of me hooking up with other women and stopped contacting me (she said that she really just wants to be friends but I rejected that) or well this haven't happened yet but I have a feeling that one girl will try to friendzone me soon. We've been going out together for a month, we even talked about a relationship, then some stuff happened I haven't contacted her for a month, she then broke the NC so I thought about giving her another chance, but I have a feeling that she has interest in some other guy now. So she just keeps me around as a backup, and will probably want us to be friends for now.

So one way to get more female friends would be to choose the low road and accept frienzone. I don't feel comfortable with this but most of my female friends come from my AFC times and I really don't have a lot of close female friends (I'd say only three). So should I consider accepting friendzone? Or should I just be more socially agressive, like adding girls I just met on FB and texting them, really trying to be friends?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I have the same problem sometimes. Friends drift in and out, and so do lovers. Just be open and offer to hang out with male and female friends often. Then be happy with whatever results, because that is the only mood worth having.
