The manager of a Dairy Queen in Missouri has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of a teenager who endured rampant bullying at work and school — until he finally pointed a gun at his head and pulled the trigger.
A coroner’s jury in Howard County ruled on Tuesday that Kenneth Suttner’s Dec. 21 suicide was caused by involuntary manslaughter after years of bullying at school and at a Dairy Queen in Fayette, where the 17-year-old was repeatedly harassed and ridiculed by his former manager, Harley Branham
