"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I know this is a little long, but please read it, i really need some advice on this fellas!!!

I was dating a girl for about a year. I'm 22 and shes 19. At first, I used don juan techniques flawlessly for about the first 4 months. you know playing hard to get, being the catch, I even made her admit that she loved me first. This thing was going perfectly, and I eventually admitted to loving her too. We really thought we was the one for each other 100% sure. Throughout the relationship she wasnt sexual at all, I had to initiate everything sexual, and eventually she told me that she felt bad about having sex because its against her morals, and that she didnt want to stop me from having sex because its not fair to me, so i should do wat i need to do for now until shes ready to be more sexual.

So in a few weeks we became pretty distant, then she told me that she wants to be completely single while in college, and that after college she wanted to get back with me. She said she wanted to have freedom to experience life without having to answer to someone, but she said she wouldnt sleep with noone else or talk to nooone else like that. I acted insecure, and kept trying to make sure that she wasnt going to talk to noone else, and i could tell i was messing up by showing that weakness. So eventually, my boy said that his friend swore to havin sex with her, but she denied it, and swore to God strike her dead, and shes religious, so it was pretty convincing. I still dont know what happend, but she appears to have turned into a lil flirt willing to talk to any guy who approaches her. She did admit to being at his house at 4 am and that they was just friends, but i really dont know. It really pissed me off. Basically, i decided to fall back because i know i made a fool of myself by showing that insecurity, and the drama about her talkn to other guys. The thing is, this all happened about a month ago, but i still think about her everyday just about how great we was before any of this happened, and its soo hard to just let her go 100% , because i really thought that was my future wife. How do you guys think i should handle this? Do you see reason to still have her in my life to preserve any potential future relationship or what. When we was togetha i swear she was like the perfect wife type, it was just like a magical connection that i thought was never possible. I havent talked to her for a while cuz she texted me and said hi but i never replied. So what do you all think. I do plan on meeting new women, but i doubt i could have this kind of connection ever again.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

So you started dating her when she was a freshman, right? Freshman girls are crazy and immature. They're just getting out of the house for the first time and they have basically no real world experiences. I would never seriously date a freshman girl.

She basically spelled out that she wants to take a break or whatever from you for the next three years, with the possibility that you two will get back together. I think she just wants to fool around with more guys. And she's telling you the truth that she doesn't want to date you for the next three years, but I wouldn't hold my breath that she'll come running back to you once she gets her diploma. You two will be completely different people by then. She'll fool around with other guys and you'll fool around with other girls. But don't feel too bad, because...

She probably cheated on you with that guy. As PRL says, "Only a hor is at a man's house at 4 in the morning!!!!". Don't read too much into her asking god to strike her dead.

I know how it feels to meet the girl who seems like "the one", but once she starts pulling bullsh!t like that, you can see her for the faulted person she is.

Dump her, and get on with your life.

Yea pretty much i didnt want to date her but she grew on me and eventually i fell into the trap. She wanted to be friends during these years, and when i seen her it was the same as wen we was togetha pretty much, but once i heard that crap bout the otha guy, I figured i shouldnt be involved. Its just i mean i messed with a lotta females and she was realy special to me for that year. It was unreal. She seemed so anti ****ing around wen i was with her like so moral and against it emotionally. I been thnkin hard about just leavin her alone, but then i was tempted to maybe call and say hi every once in a while to keep me in her mind. Basically i aint really take her out that much, and she is adventurous so i know i messed up on some levels, but its just really hard to say bye foreva

You were acting like a nice guy. Did you do enough kino on her? I do think that your friend had sex with her. She swore so that others won't think that she is a slut. I think that you should forget her and start dating other girls( more then 1).

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Ohhhh kid, there is soooo much wrong here!!! If you were my child I would take you to my soundproof basement and put your head in a vice and make the opposite gears come so close together such that the overpowering grip would make you alter your thinking!!!!

The ubiquitous religious hor!!! “The” oxymoron of oxymoron's!!!

When she told you to see other woman because of her guilt of having sex - she was, to put it politely, fvcking with your head!!!!

Her guilt was in fact that SHE SHE SHE was being “done” by other pimps!!!

You’ve been had, took, deceived, run amoked, led astray!!!!

Avoid this hor and quit being her fool!!!!

She was the “perfect wife type” in YOUR HEAD ONLY – the reality is that she is a hor!!!!!!

Love your wife and your momma!!!!!!!!!!!!

Say “No” to loving hos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yea I'm thinking that I should just move on but its just everyday memories pop into my head about how good I had it. We really had a special thing, but now I cant tell if shes doin stuff or not, but at first I really thought it was really impossible. Im not defending her, but she was saying that at this pace she gonna wind up being in a relationship for the rest of her life, and at 19 she didnt want to do that. What do you guys recommend I do as far as even contacting her at all, because lately i havent, but i keep replaying in my head what i should have done to avoid being in this situation now. what should I do to get my head right because i dealt with her for over a year, and it is soo tough to just forget everything we been through. I want to start dealing with new chicks, but its hard getting back into it. what you guys think

You'll be able to not only find that connection with someone else...but you can expect to find even better and stronger connections as time goes by.

It's time to move on and go meet other girls. This one wants to be single and it's pointless for you to hang on when she has let go.
