Had a dream about my ex today, couldn't stop thinking about her all day. Even cried a bit as ridiculous as it might sound. I'm 20 and she was my only gf.

Second, you WILL get through this. Know why? You have no choice. But, what you can control is how easy and short it is.

Dreams suck. They can be very vivid and undo a lot of progress. Been there. Know what though, SHE has those dreams too buddy. Probably shows you in a great light. Probably better than you could if you ran into her. Enjoy that sentiment. I just had a girl I dated in highschool reach out to me because of a dream.

You will find a better girl soon enough. Either shell be nicer, or hotter. Maybe both. Just dont ever play her any of that horriable, whining, dying lamb of music you like.

If you want that to happen sooner than later you need to start helping yourself cheer up. These are just words here, and I hope they help, but you need action.

It's funny because in a few months you will look back on this situation and laugh it off. Then you will say to yourself, "Why did I waste so much time feeling down on myself and thinking about that crap?". It truly is funny how irrelevant certain "big" events are in our lives, we place so much immediate value on them at that point in time, as if it is a life or death situation. However, months from now, it will just be a funny chuckle of a memory.
