"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

This may be in the wrong section, but a mod can move it to anything else if need be.

Ive been getting really unmotivated towards school and lifting lately. I think its in part to getting like 3-4 hours of sh1tty sleep a night which is killing me! Does anyone else think that sleeps messes with your motivation to get up and do things, this whole week I have been drowsy , tired, and unmotivated. Tips for better sLeep?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

sleep could definitely be the cause. Also, have you considered taking a break from lifting? Not a 2-3 day break, I'm talking a 2 week break. I lifted while I was in college and every time I started feeling unmotivated or like I was in slump, a good week or two away from the gym did wonders. continue to eat right, and DEFINITELY get a weeks worth of good nights sleep. Let your body rest.

Ya sleep can have a big bearing on your motivation. I noticed this past month when I changed work schedules that I was very tired and unmotivated to work out and go out. Just at the beginning of this month I went from working mon-fri 2:00-1030pm to mon-fri 6am-230pm. It has taken me about two weeks to get used to it and I am finally beginning to feel normal again. At first I was only getting like 4 hours of sleep a night because I had problems falling asleep. I just had to force myself to go to sleep. What also helped was changing my diet up a little bit and drinking a sh1t ton of water. Eating cleaner and staying away from heavy fat foods helped me feel more energetic (especially after getting off work at 2:30pm). I notice when I eat right I have a lot more energy to expend after working all day. WHen I eat like sh1t I tend to CRASH when I get off work.

SO the combination of going to bed earlier drinking plenty of water and eating should help to solve your motivation problems. Good luck bro

One last piece of advice. Stay away from the energy drinks, ESPECIALLY the ones high in sugar. Those things will kill you and make things worse.

Agreed on the diet, my diet is clean as hell though... clean carbs, chicken, etc. Im on a lean bulk right now in lifting and the only thing that has changed in my diet is that I started eating more. From 1900 to 3200 calories. Also i drink a gallon of water a day. Mhm, I remeber before a final I stacked two rockstars and didnt fall asleep until the next morning hahaha. Thanks meast.
