"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

I don't want to use the word depressed because I know that I'm nowhere near a suicidal state. However, I'm having some mental problems (I don't even know what) and I'm feeling really down lately.
How would you guys pick yourselves up?

Nothing really motivates me any more, even making a list of goals that I want to achieve. I got quite excited (if that's the word) when I made out my list of things I wanted to do. (Before anybody suggests, I'm on the waiting list to see help and in the meanwhile I'm taking a natural antidepressant. )

I know this sounds pretty pathetic, but I'm literally begging for help.
