"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Does anyone have any advice on dealing with the fear of rejection? I'm finding it a real stumbling block. Any advice would be appreciated. When I'm talking to a girl it's really holding me back from anything sexual, i feel like it makes me a total pvssy, I want to ask a girl out, getting signals, yet I feel like if I ask she might say no, I don't know what to say, I think too much, I feel the anxiety, I even hear her excuses in my head.

This is crippling my dating.

Thanks for any help you can give.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

written by a woman but you get the gist. awareness of any debilitating condition is key. once you shine a light on it, it tends to go away. e.g. you're chatting away, you can feel the fear and anxiety. don't fight it. be aware and make your move regardless. it's the only way to overcome it. i used to start small. approaching random ladies to ask directions and worked my way up from there.

Think of it like this:

Just because you CAN do it, means that you WILL do it. Just cuz. Don't be so awkward, you know there are a lot more other women. You can move your legs towards her look her in the eye and smile and start moving your mouth making sound come out of them, right? So because you CAN do all of that, you WILL do all of that. Besides, you got nothing to lose. That's my mentality anyway.

Like the Nike commercial says "Just DO it."

You have to change how you think about rejection.

Rejection is part of the game.. but its also something you should be doing to women. When you think if it more like a sport.. you will realize you can always start over. Just with a different girl. Rejection is always good.. because a woman with low interest is of no use to you anyway. Its better she rejects you than give you a chance and make you "work" or friend zone you. Just a waste of time.

Rejection (or acceptance) is there the moment you engage her. There’s a small chance you can change the state of her position, but most of your work will be bringing what’s latent to the surface. Your job is excavation. Once you engage a girl you can read her body language, eye contact, effusiveness, and compliance to figure out her interest level pretty easily. If you don't like how she interacts with you.. then walk away.

The problem with most men who "fear rejection" is they don't judge women by their behavior at all. Once they like what they see.. they elevate the woman and she can do no wrong. This is retarded. Finding a woman physically attractive should be your reason for approaching her, not accepting her into your life.

Raise your standards and stop elevating women over you. Then you will stop fearing rejection since you will only be "accepting" women who act the way you want.. which is friendly, fun, interested, etc.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
