Ummmmm trust me fellas try hard to stop wacking it....try really hard.....you will ozzzz with phermones b/c you mind will want the gratfication so bad it will tell you to od th phermones....and you mind state w/ women will change too b/c subconseiously you will want the gratification so you will usually be more confident...try it if you dont beleve me for 2 -3 weeks if you think you have the will power.
