I'll probably appear the least cultured, because my favorite is the typical "southern meal" (meat, two vegetables, cornbread and iced tea).

Thai and Indian food would tie for second place.

The two least favorite would be Ethiopian and Korean. The presentations look nice, but both are too bland for my taste.
Creole,Cajun. and soul food is awesome. Good choices.

At the end of the day...I'll eat anything...as long as it's well prepared, and well seasoned.

Just no bats and other 'non food' animals.

Not a fan of Spicy Mexican/Spanish food though, but I can see why people like it

Is there any foodies out there! My favorite food is Thai and Italian cuisine. I like the noodles ,bbq, curries, egg rolls etc. What do you think most women like to eat? Also what is your favorite cuisine? Are you a meat and potato type of. guy or do you enjoy something more exotic? What do you think of American cuisine? I know the French look down on our food for being too processed.
Being a "foodie" is for women. While there is nothing wrong enjoying a nice meal, fetishizing restaurants and food is lame. Please don't tell me you take pictures of your meals and post them on Facebook and Instagram!

My favorite cuisine? Anything I feel like putting together in my kitchen at night.
I Always cook with wine, sometimes I even put it in the food……

I like pretty much everything mentioned, but food truck food is a really good break. Food truck festivals are a fun date since you are forced out of your comfort zone and she is too. Lots of wild combos. On a more refined side, Sauternes. It's a unique, sweet, French wine and although a bit expensive, it has never failed me. $30 can get you a nice half bottle. Less is more in this case. If you have deep pockets, it can get in the hundreds, but like any wine, it's a waste for most palets. NOTHING tastes like it and it will leave a lasting impression.

Been itching to try bacon wrapped shrimp and scallops on my grill sautéed in lemon butter. Never done it before. Will go well with fresh clams in butter or oysters and sauce on the half shell appetizers .…
Did I mention I like seafood ?

Love seafood too. Here in the Midwest its not as fresh and it cost more. I go to the. special buffets at the. casino for crab legs.

Delicious. Ground Bison / buffalo meat. It's organic and I pick it up at the grocery. 6 bucks for a pound. Bison / buffalo meat is actually healthier and more tender than cow meat.
Thats really cool. the price is reasonable too

I love Italian. Mexican is great too, even though as Jim Gaffigan pointed out, it's all the same stuff (tortilla, beans, meat, veggies, cheese) in different combinations, lol. I love Cuban food too. And Indian and Thai. Honestly I could eat anything.

Since I've moved to Spain, people have asked me how the food compares with America. I definitely think the US's food quality is low, except in high end restaurants and farmer's markets and stuff. But as far as specific dishes, I've been trying to think of what is "American cuisine." Burgers? Steak? Fried chicken? Mac & cheese? It seems like we eat so much international stuff that there are only a few unique American dishes.
yeah not a lot of american food on the list.
