"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I am just writing this on how I feel right now.

I have come to a realization that a person will be tested by fate to see how a person will be molded. Either he will fight off the problem or he will let him take you over. Two decisions you must make.

1.) you let the problem overcome you and accept it as gospel truth.
Later in life you still have the same problem and your life sucks still. You have become the thing known as an AFC.

2.) you overcome the problem.
You take on the problem head on. You fight it back and you take fate back into your own hands. Fate is constantly testing you to see where to send you. The road of the champion or the road of the AFC.

You have the choice to make on how you will go about taking on this problem. Either go down the road of the AFC or the road of the champion.

A few things to illuminate my points.

Cause- I'm scrawny and am thin (recognized the problem when I first came to the site. I also did weightlifting more for baseball season)

Effect with choice 1- I pity myself because I get only uglo women. I do nothing to change that. I end up stagnating and die a death of regret and misery because I didn't live a life to my utmost.

Effect with choice 2- I recognize the problem. I go about weight lifting and gaining muscle mass. I get stronger to help me do other things. I then start being able to date more women.

Cause- I suck at baseball. (problem faced along time ago but has now vanished and am doing an improvement of 1000 fold)

Effect with Choice 1- I sit there and cry myself to sleep. I quit the sport and become a miserable old man that only plays video games. I end up being bored through high school

Effect with Choice 2- I identify the problem and work my a$$ off to fix it. I work to overcome the problem. I then slowly improve to become better.

Basically fate puts the bumps in the road of the champion to see if you really do belong there or not. Luckily for us if you do get onto the road of the AFC you can turn back and fix the problem. Go onto the road of the champions and catch up to the weary travelers.

The guide is the sosuave and the weary travelers are the people who made the ripples. Just imagine if Liu Bei (Romance of the Three Kingdoms anyone?) said that this was to hard. He would have never done the miraculous feats that he did accomplish, such as enlisting the Kongming, Guan Yu, Zhang Fei, Zhao Zilong, and many others.

Or George Washington cried at the site of everything being lost to him. His army was decimated he was losing. What do you think would have happened if he would have just given up and surrenedered.

See constantly fate is giving these legendary figures a test to see if they are right for this position. Now ask yourself this question "Do you really want to be down the crowded road of the AFC or do you want to be on the Kingly road of the Champion?" Some of us might be farther down the road than others but believe me you found this site so you are at least at the start of the road of the champions.

Good luck my fellow DJ's I hope to see you on the road of the champions.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

If George Washington had given up, he would have saved you a lot of trouble. The original terrorists would have been destroyed (ie the Rebels)

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

there is only one road to follow in life, yet it is always under construction, and very few finish the job.
