short and simple

duration: first leg 8 weeks ( Cardio/lightweight/Cutting)
2nd Leg 8 weeks (intense weight training/Sculpting)

Ultimate Goal 40-65lbs (250 to 185)-lifestyle change

beggining

weight: 250lbs

comments: "d4mn i'm a f4t4ss time to Lose some weight,"...

food intake: 6 small meals today
workout: 10 min jog
feel==== Ok

Eating right is going to be 80%, excercise 10%, Persistance 20% (yes i can count thats 110% that's whats needed for a lifestyle change

Find your calorie maintenance. Focus on eating in a calorie deficit, maybe up to 800 a day in deficit (500 is recommended, but I think you can increase it for higher BF%).

Whats your bodyfat %?

Whats your diet (or foods you generally eat), and how many calories do you eat?

Try to limit the carbs, while keeping the protein and fat high. A 0.4 of your lean bodymass in grams of fat per day is recommended in order to keep testosterone and other hornal levels elevated.

weight in day:

Starting weight 250lbs
Current weight 235lbs

Weight difference: 15lbs weight loss

I feel fine...i at small meals (atleast 5 times a day)

Ran a little bit everyday (15 min jog)

Only drank water


7 day foodlist

baked chips
Apples
low-cal Soup
Yogurt.

Burger king spicey chicken in crisps...and chicken nuggetS!!!

i had a big breakfast like two days ago and it was my cheat meal...


Everything is going fine...now i feel im really in my weight loss...these first 15lbs were just for starters...i dont want to lose 15 next week or i might slow down a little it dangerous to lose that much but i gain and lose really easily it seems. But i made sure i did some type of excercise when i could....but the most important thing is i ate really clean... until next week's weight-in!!! CYA!!

Awesome start man. I hope you're taking pictures along the way, it would be amazing to look back and see the transformations you've made.

Just a random thought....I know a guy who lost about 200lbs by walking 30-45 minutes on an inclined treadmill everyday. That might be something you could throw in for some extra cardio.

Keep up the good work man, I'm excited to keep checking this thread to see you kickin some ass!
