Does anyone recommend a specific brand of fat loss pills to accompany my workout routine or have any comments pertaining to them?

You can find ephedrine here. Caffeine tablets can be bought in the medicine isle of any department/grocery store (IE NoDoze). Coffee and soda do not count as dietary caffeine.

I recently started taking ECA at 25/200/325 twice a day and I've noticed good results so far. The only side effects I've noticed is a slight appitite suppression and I feel a little warmer after about an hour. Also note that I had a physical last month so I know that my blood pressure, etc is healthy.

Ephedrine is supposed to cause the appetite supresseion. The caffeine actually does some of the thermogenesis. I forget the role of aspirin. But that's how an EC stack works.
