Lately a friend of mine who is preety fat started using ephedrine fat burners and got really big weight loss in short time.
From what he suggested the best one is Hydroxytrol so if any of you was wondering which one works best, this is life example.

My brother used hydroxycut for a while, said whilst it worked, he had really bad migraines from them, so yea they may work but doesn't mean they're good for you. Plus they might not work for everyone.
Try not to get sucked in with the marketing of these things, supplement companies spend millions making sure you buy the stuff.

Look up EC stack on the internet. If you're looking for a helper that's the one, cheap too. I took it for a while but now I don't since my routine incorporates HITT and I don't need the heart attack risk.
