“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

hey guys which is the best fat burner in your opinion? I've heard lots of hype about all of them and I did post about alcar a while back but I'm still kinda confused...

the main ones I've seen are:

acetyl l carnitine
hydroxocut hardcore
hot rox extreme
venom hyperdrive
thermonex

so far I'm leaning towards thermonex but what do you guys think?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

At least 30-45 minutes of cardio a day with a low calorie, balanced diet.

atm I'm trying to do:

200g protein, 100g carbs, 60g fats

for the next 4 weeks I'm gonna be doing 2 full body workouts and cardio twice a week (90 minute kickboxing)

in 4 weeks I'm back at uni so it's gonna be doing a 4 day split with 20 minutes running a day and 30 minutes rowing a day on the 3 days I'm not lifting...

would the fat burners help on top at all?

cheers, Alex

BCAAs will not help you in that respect. HIIT is a very tricky thing to master if you want to keep your muscle - it's possible but I'd advise sticking to walking.

I dunno man, I really want to keep doing it just to stay fit - not just looking it, but being able to back it up...

am I looking at much muscle loss from all the cardio? I always thought it'd be minimal but would help get rid of lots of fat if you got the diet right...

Look at it this way. You don't see the huge bodybuilders doing sprints to get lean. But you do see a lot of marathon runners who are scrawny. That's your answer to how much muscle you'll lose.

I don't see why people think that walking briskly doesn't keep you fit and they HAVE to run...
