I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

I was at Carls Jr today with friends, I normally don't eat fast food but I had a look at the nutritional facts and I found something that I thought might be ok.

Carls Jr Charbroiled BBQ Chicken Sandwich:
Calories: 360
Calories from fat: 40
Carbs: 48g
Protein : 34g
Fat: 4g
Sat. Fat: 1g

Do you guys think eating this on a regular basis would be ok? I already take protein shakes but I'm not very good at cooking and this seems like a good cheap choice.

Seems okay but those carbs are probably simple carbs from white bread.

as in the other thread for what purpose?

If you're looking to avoid dietary fat (overrated) it's pretty decent. But there's a lot of simple carbs there-- white bun, and BBQ sauces have lots of sugar / high fructose corn syrup. If you're trying to lose bodyfat, forget it. If you're looking to add or maintain weight and are fairly active, it's fine.

You'd do well to lose the resistance to cooking for yourself. It's easy as hell.
