False IOIs?

I'll keep this short and to the point

Recently I was teasing a chick a lot and doing my thing and I was getting IOI's from her. It was me, her and a couple other of my guy friends hanging out.

Well one of the guys that we were hanging out with she likes and they have a little bit of a thing goin on. They like eachother but aren't officially going out yet.

But that night I would of never guessed that they still had there thing going on.. they hardly talked to eachother or anything.

I'm just confused as to why I was getting IOI's and why she still likes this guy..

Whenever a chick im gaming on I find out that she's with someone or likes someone it kills my confidence. Do I still have a chance with these chicks who like someone? Or should I next them off the get go.

I'm just confused about everything.. still learning I guess.

As I've gotten older I've figured out that it doesn't count unless they're married or have children together and sadly enough sometimes it doesn't count then...Ever broke up with a girl and less than a week later she's got somebody new? Women usually have someone in waiting or a backup...and sometimes they don't make him wait...If they're just hanging out that's nothing...keep making moves on her...If she was blatantly flirting with you in front of him then you know you're in the runnings...by the way what exactly does "IOI" stand for?

When a girl once told me that some girls flirt for fun and IOIs (indicators of intrest) could just be fake cause the girl is having a good time - it fcked with me.. for about a week. Chill about it, theres plenty of other girls, go for em all and one or two might just be screwing around. She might have been trying to make the guy she liked jelous.

She is a damn girl Attraction can come and go as quick as you saying "ABC".

Look at it this way because she is giving IOIs to you does that mean she can't give IOIs to anyone else she is attracted too. Attraction can be pumpped and then lost, its like just doing a whole lot of attraction and then a week later you expect to have the same amount of attraction before when really you have no rapport.

So no your not getting false IOIs unless she is trying to manipulate you to maybe do something, and she is just giving you IOIs to persuade you. This is normal for her to be giving IOIs to anyone else she likes.

What he said you should go to HighSchool Forum and read my "Me vs. Attention wh*re.... I win" thread the situation sounds the SAME and it shows how I delt with that... if you flirt with a girl and she shows IOI but don't do anything it means... she doesn't "get it"= inexperianced= prude or she gets it and just likes to flirt a lot = attetion wh*re.
