I have been searching this site as well as many others but I have found no real good info about eye contact. You have to undersatnd that approaching a girl is difficult for me at this point and a good sign of interest would help. This girl in school that i dont know has really showed some peculiar signs but i cant confirm if she is really interested in me. When i spot her in the hallway she seems to look everywhere else but at me. Today i kept looking at her and right when she was about to pass me she looked at me out of the corner of her eye. When she saw i was looking at her she quickly looked slightly by me. This has happened on other occasions, and in some cases whe we make eye contact she quicly looks away and the back at me a moment later. A few months ago when i noticed this chick she was always looking at me in the hallway, now she seems to be a little more shy. She is a year older then me. Please dony post any bull**** responces, i just seek to know if this chick is showing signs of interest or discust. And dont say "talk to her" because im not very good socially, expecialy cold approaches.

What I believe is everything is an indicator of interest. When your out say to yourself "that girl wants me, she must be shy though because she hasn't given eye contact", "that girl wants me, shes the confident type because she gave me eye contact". After a while you start to believe this and act like you believe this. Before I used to be a really shy person who couldn't hold eye contact but now I hold eye contact with everyone, it becomes habit after a while, a very good habit actually.
Also try using really alpha body language, your mindset starts to change very quickly. You see the mind and the body must be on the same level. At first the mind trys to take control but if it can't then the body takes control. You'll feel nervous and paranoid at first but after a while it becomes habit and you can go onto more important things, like which of all the girls wherever you are deserves you
